C.I.D. 999 In Goa is a 1970 Indian Bollywood film released on 1970. Dr. Vaman, the Indian Scientist, succeeds in inventing the first ever, I.C.B.M made in India. The Chief Investigation officer and others are called and shown the missile named as "W-108". It is proposed to test the weapon. The security officer takes over the security of the Laboratory. . A guard is sent from the security officer to take charge of the Laboratory. A test of traitors, who have contacts all over the world, gain knowledge of this missiles prescues and they plan to take possession of the same. One of their members intercepts the guard, kills him, impersonates him and presents himself as the security guard to the scientist. After gaining access to the lab, the gangster kills the scientist with the help of a fellow gangster and both manage to steal the I.C.B.M and get out. . The C.I.D. office puts on C.I.D. 666 and C.I.D. 777 on the job of investigating the murder of Dr. Vaman and the stealing of missile. But the gangsters come to know it and they manage to kill both C.I.D 666 and C.I.D. 777. Hence C.I.D 999, Prakash is put on the job of finding out the murderes and smashing the gang. C.I.D. 888 Baby is assist C.I.D. 999. . In the course of his investigation C.I.D. 999 comes to the club where C.I.D. 666 was killed. He just succeeds in learnig about the killer through the dancer of the club but she is shot & C.I.D. 999 follows the assilant. He follows him to a Hotel room and after a scuffle, he is forced to kill the gangster purely in self defence. He gets a clue by which he thinks that the gang is operating in Goa and decides to go there. C.I.D 888 accompanies him. . On the way, to Goa just before entering it, he meets Veena, and he gives her lift in his car. He poses an "Estate Buyer" and he suggests that he should meet her father, who is a leading estate owner in Goa. Veenas father happens to be disabled man, and has family doctor, Dr. Suresh, treating him the ailment. He is confined to the wheel chair. Prakash sets on the job he has come for and goes in search of girl named "Sony" who is a sales girl in one of the departmental stores in Goa. He meets her. . The gangsters come to know of their meeting and there is an attack on Prakash and Sony. Prakash manages to get over the trouble and comes to the Club where he enquries about Sony. . When he returns to his room he suspends that the gangsters might come there too and changes his room. Agent 888 goes to Prakashs room and rests and is taken away by the gangsters. On realising their mistake the chief orders C.I.D 888 to be pushed down from the cliff. But C.I.D 888 saves himself by a trick. . Sony rings up Prakash and asks him to meet her at the Beach. When he goes, he is captured by the gangsters and orders to be cut into two. Sony saves him and asks him to love her. On his refusal she becomes furious and orders a time bomb to be tied around his waist and put put into an iron cell. Prakash manages to free himself. . He meets Veena who is picnicking at the Beach and she takes him back to Goa. Veenas father asks Prakash to marry her, and he says that he would consider the matter. . Prakash assigns the job of watching Sonys house to C.I.D 888 and goes with Veena to the estate and learns that her father is in financial trouble and is willing to sell away his own estate. There is again a try at the life of Prakash by removing the brakes and clutches of his car. He comes over this trouble too. . In the meanwhile, the gangsters give an ultimatum to the Govt. of India stating that if Rupees 4 crores are not paid immediately the "missile" and the formula would be handed over to the countrys enemies.
