Twenty disillusioned naxal cadres headed by Sathru (Kishore) and Abhi (Naveen) surrender to the police hoping to start afresh. But they get arm twisted to form a criminal gang that executes criminals the cops can’t lay their hands on. A wicked politician, JK (Nassar) uses them as pawns to settle his political scores.
