Dard Ka Rishta is a 1983 Indian Bollywood drama film released on Jul 29, 1983. The film is directed by Sunil Dutt, produced by Sunil Dutt , music composed by R. D. Burman.
This is the story of a doctor named as Ravi Sharma who is a very famous cancer surgeon and he loves his country and his people. But, he lives in America and is wed to a lady named as Anuradha who is also a doctor. Ravi wants to work in India and Anuradha wants to work in America. Both of them fight with each other on the same issue and then both decide to work separately and get parted. Ravi comes to work in India in Tata memorial hospital, while Anuradha works in America. Now, Anuradha gets pregnant and she gives a birth to a boy named as Shashi. Here, Ravi weds a lady named as Asha. But, she dies and leaves behind a girl named as Khusbhoo. Now, after few days Ravi comes to know that Khusbhoo has blood cancer and she needs a blood marrow. He finds everywhere for her bone marrow, but cannot find a bone marrow for her. Now, he goes to America in a cancer hospital and there he finds Shashi’s bone marrow similar to that of khushboo. So, he gives him and later he comes to know that Shashi is the son of Ravi and Anuradha. So, they both again get united and things end on a very happy note.
