Drishti 1995

Drishti is a 1995 Indian Bengali family film released on 1995. The film is directed by Taba Mullik, produced by Prashanta Basu Mullik.

Amal is a struggling singer. Mahua, his girlfriend is a working woman. Amal lives in Mahua's house as a paying guest. One day Mahua's mother finds money missing. She puts the blame on Amal and tells him to leave the house. Later she realises that he is not guilty but it is too late. Amal has an accident and loses his eyesight. The lady in the car Moonmoon takes him with her and takes all the responsibility. But Moonmoon's sister-in-law does not like the relationship between Amal & Moonmoon. She creates a misunderstanding between them. Amal leaves the house with Satur, Moonmoon's sister-in-law's brother. Satur takes him to Mumbai and tells him that he will return. But he does not return. Some guys takes Amal to their place. When they come to know about his voice they decide that Amal can earn for them. Amal starts singing and the guys start begging. One day Anup hears Amal's voice and gives him a chance to sing. Rajesh also like his voice. Moonmoon comes to know the plan made by her sister-in-law. She leaves the house and keeps a letter for his brother. She meets Amal and he realises the misunderstanding. When Rajesh sees Moonmoon, he is stunned because Moonmoon looks like his daughter, who has died in a car accident. Rajesh treats Moonmoon like his daughter. One day Moonmoon feels sick and Rajesh comes to know that Moonmoon has blood cancer. Rajesh takes her to hospital. But Moonmoon dies and gives her eyes to Amal. After the death of Moonmoon, Rajesh has a heart attack and dies. Amal can see through Moonmoon's eyes.
