Dulaara is a 1994 Indian Bollywood romance, drama film released on Jan 28, 1994. The film is directed by Vimal Kumar, produced by Vimal Kumar , music composed by Nikhil-Vinay.

Raja is in love with a charming young lady named Priya, who is also infatuated to him, and invites him and his buddies over for her birthday party. Priya's bro named Inspector Vijay Chauhan does not love Raja, and is wary of him, and insults him. But Priya is firm, and refuses to hear to Vijay. Priya soon changes her statement when Vijay comes up with proof that Raja is the son of a hit­man crook by the name of James; and Raja is wanted for the killing of two ladies named Professor Verma, and a watchman named Bandruddin, who allegedly saw him murdering the two women and the teacher. Raja is on the run from the court, and the only way he can prove himself honest is by bringing the real victim to Vijay Chauhan ­ that is ­ if there is another victim.
