Story, Synopsis, Trivia, Dialogues for Gippi (2013)

Gippi is a 2013 Indian Bollywood children, drama film released on May 10, 2013. The film is directed by Sonam Nair, produced by Karan Johar under banner named Dharma Productions, music composed by Vishal-Shekhar.

Gippi is a 14-year young girl who lives in Simla with her mother Pappi and little brother Booboo. She is overheavy and uncooperative and doesn't know how to knob the bodily, expressive and public changes fashionable in her life. In school, she is a backbencher and is continually intimidated by the general queen-bee Shamira. At home, she's trying to work out how to deal with living in a wrecked home. In the mid of all this confusion, she falls extremely in love with an elder, ominous heartbreaker. When her love story comes to an embarrassing end, and she is openly disdained, she chooses to take her life in her hands and receives Shamira's dare to stand against her in the school selections. Whatever the ending result might be, Gippi makes certain she has a great time in the trip, satisfying it with delightful desserts, humorous teachers, and school affections, and Shammi Kapoor jazzes. Gippi is a coming-of-age story of a usual, overheavy girl, who, through the sequence of the movie, absorbs to love herself for precisely who she is. It is also a story of a loser, who choices herself up from naught and discoveries herself at the top of her private little world.
