Arun Prajapati (played by Salman Khan) has been trying to be a lucrative TV anchor, but success has always baffled him. He blames God (played by Amitabh Bachchan) for this lack of accomplishments. Arun is in love with Aaliya Khanna (played by Priyanka Chopra) who is a TV anchor and a famous star working in the same channel, but he has never been able to explicit his love for her.When Rocky (played by Sohail Khan) is chosen as an anchor for the channel, Arun starts assuming that Rocky will win Aaliya. Then, Arun is dismissed from the channel. He has nobody to blame but only god. An argument emanates between the two, at the end of which God then chooses to give Arun the power over all things for ten days.Arun uses this power to put Rocky into a restless spot and win Aaliya's heart. After God criticize him for only making things better for himself, Arun starts accepting to people's prayers. He later grasps that considering each person's ambition individually would be too tedious, so to save time and effort he permits everybody's wishes, including the wish of culprits to be free and Rocky's wish that Aaliya marries him.Then, after series of twists and turns, Arun win’s Aaliya’s heart and they live happily ever after.
