Gondan is a 2014 Indian Marathi family, drama film released on Sep 12, 2014. The film is directed by Vineeta Pimpalkhare, produced by Ashish KesKar under banner named Orion Studios, music composed by Achyut Thakur.
The story starts with Shekhar. He is the son of a political leader, but he is not interested to become a politician rather he is interested in exploring the field of arts. Komal is a Lavani dancer who earns her living by doing ‘tamasha’ because she has lost her mother and has the responsibility of her younger brother. Shekhar after meeting with Komal decides to meet all those medical expenses that can cure her brother. Now, he also gives her an occupation during the campaigning days or elections. This brings both of them together. Now, Devyani is Shekhar’s childhood friend. She has a soft corner for Shekhar. But, Shekhar’s and komal’s love take twists and she is forced to take revenge against Shekhar because it was his dad who killed her mother.
