This is the story of how a father-in-law creates troubles in the lives of his son and his daughter-in-law named as Alka.Badri Prasad is a contractor. He is always worried for his son Pratap. He always tells him to focus on studies. One day, he meets his old friend Manohar Lal and meets with his daughter Alka. She is a very good daughter and he is very impressed with her. So, he wants Pratap to get marry to Alka. Initially, he is upset and then he starts loving her. Then after this, both of them get married.
