Hatyara is a 1977 Indian Bollywood action film released on Jan 01, 1977. The film is directed by Surendra Mohan, produced by Sunil Sharma. A modern decoit drama based on the immortal epic of the Ramayana more particularly the writer Valmiki - a great saint converted from a dare devil dacoit, this film tells of a reformed convict who renounces violence and in the process kills his own son, who had become a dacoit to save a police officer - whose rather he had killed in heydays.
