Dreaded Bombay criminal, Munnabhai, meets with charming Komal Rastogi and falls in love with her. This meeting has some different effects on his behavior, and his boys decide that he needs counseling. So he goes to meet Dr. Rastogi, who is none other than Komal's elder bro, who will never admit to get his sister wedded to a criminal like Munna Bhai. So Dr. Rastogi appoints a bodyguard, Raja,and they go to Malaysia to arrange the wedding of Komal with the son of Dr. D.D., a childhood sweetheart of Rastogi. The tables are turned against them when Munna Bhai chooses to follow them there, making it clear that no one is going to prevent him from wedding Komal.
