Mohan's brother is killed while helping the police to know about a don. In the process of taking revenge, Mohan is accused of killing a man by the police. He is on the run when his nephew is kidnapped. He is forced to steal jewellery of a princess and to give the jewellary & a diary to the don (who is a disguised rich man in the society), but the villian cheats him and takes all the 3 along with him - the child, diary & jewellery. Due to circumstances, the don is killed and his true brothers accuses Mohan. In the process of proving himself innocent, the don's main man is also killed where again Mohan is blemed. Now with all these problems how will he find his nephew Raju and prove himself innocent to the police?
