Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam is a 2002 Indian Bollywood drama, family film released on May 24, 2002. The film is directed by K. S. Adhiyaman, produced by K. C. Bokadia , music composed by Bali Brahmabhatt.
Radha and Suraj have been best friends since babyhood. Gopal has been in love with Radha since they spent a few years together as kids. Years after, Gopal's parent's proposes to Radha a wedding with Gopal, and she takes it. She finds a loving beau in Gopal, and when Gopal asks who she loves the most, first she lists her mom, then her bro, and in a voice-over she says that she loves Gopal. But Gopal thinks that Radha is wasting too much time with Suraj, and starts to doubt them, so much so that he asks Radha to leave the house. After Radha moves out of the house, she gets a divorce notice from Gopal, which tears her heart. When Suraj and her bro, Prashant, find out about the divorce notice, they attempt to go and talk to Gopal, but Radha does not allow this.
