To be a honest or not, in society, where innocent victims are consigned to prison and canny culprits wallow in wealth and strut about freely, is the poser before hero Madhav, who is jailed for stealing medicine for his dying mother. His brand of honesty flops miserably. So he goes into hidng as his rurthless twin Lakshman takes over his domain.
