Jab Jab Phool Khilen is a 1965 Indian Bollywood social film released on 1965. The film is directed by Suraj Prakash, produced by Chetan K. under banner named Lime Light, music composed by Kalyanji-Anandji.

Rita ( Nanda ) after a long stay abroad decides to go to Kashmir. Her father Rai Bahadur ( Kamal Kapoor ) makes all the arrangements for her to go to Kashmir with her secretary Shammi ( Stella ). She decides to rent a house-boat from the owner, Raja ( Shashi Kapoor ). Raja falls in love with her at first sight . Rita's father wants Rita to get married to Kishore. But Rita wants to get married to Raja. Her father brings her back to Bombay. Raja comes to Bombay to look for her. Rai Bahadur tries to dissuade Raja by offering him money to go back to his hometown. But he does not accept it. Rita teaches Raja to be a more polished person but Raja does not like a modern lifestyle. Some misunderstandings between the two of them make them part. Raja goes back to Kashmir. When Rita realises that her father is the mastermind behind these misunderstandings, she goes away to Kashmir.
