Jagdish is a wellnatured zamindar. Balraj is a cleric. Jagdish handles his land. He gives Balraj a job in Mumbai. Balraj comes to Mumbai and functions in Jagdish's jewellery shop. Balraj clashes with Inder, Jagdish's younger bro who is a womaniser. Vishal works in a barn and is an honest man. Maya is Inder's buddy and colleague. She starts expecting but Inder refuses to wed her. Then, the story has many twists and turns in the end.
