Lekha Shankar gets married to Shekhar Prasad in court because their families didn’t approve of their wedding. Sushma and Dinesh are happy to know that their friends have got married.Both of them are sweethearts and they also think to opt for this court marriage. Sushma’s father wants her to get her married to either a doctor or an engineer who earns lump sum amount. She does her job to feed her family. Here, Shekhar wants her wife to go and stay with his family because she is becoming weak now.Lekha is happy to see his family. She meets with his sister Gouri. Gouri is in love with Divakar, but Shekhar’s mother being an old and superstitious lady wants her daughter to get married to a 35 years old man.
