Kaadhalae En Kaadhalae is a 2006 Indian Tamil romance, costume drama film released on Aug 03, 2006. The film is directed by P C Sekar. Rajiv (Naveen) is a college student and the only son of a rich couple. His cousin Krithika (Roma), who joins the same engineering college, stays in his house for a few days before she can secure a room in the hostel. Before long, the young girl is hopelessly in love with Rajiv but does not disclose it to anyone. Instead, she pens a diary about her love for Rajiv. Rajiv, meanwhile, has eyes only for Krithika's classmate Pragathi (Shrutha Keerthi). He sees Krithika only as a close friend, in whom he can confide anything including his deep love for Pragathi. When he finally musters up the courage to declare his love to Pragathi, she not only spurns his love but also humiliates him. Dejected, Rajiv gets a good job and moves to Singapore. A few years later when his parents find a bride for him, the girl - surprise, surprise - turns out to be Pragathi. In a flip-flop worthy of John Kerry, Rajiv first rejects Pragathi and then accepts the marriage proposal. But this clumsily inept movie doesn't end there because the sadistic director is intent on mounting further assaults on viewers.
