Kabzaa is a 1988 Indian Bollywood action, drama, social film released on 1988. The film is directed by Mahesh Bhatt, produced by Nanubhai Bhatt , music composed by Rajesh Roshan.

As the title says kabzaa which fairly means wrongfully and threatful detention of any property. This movie is about the so called friendship turning into rivalry just because of the property. The possession to own the property of ustad ali. The fair play here comes when the character Ravi gets influenced and sympathized by the Ustad Ali, the property owner. Soon after this, the character comes into play when his so called criminal friend turns into his enemy and comes to a fight with Ravi and also his brother who is a lawyer of this criminal friend!

The action and hatred both are pictured and characterized into a perfect blend of fantastic story and the question which makes entry into the viewer is whether the aims and intentions of the criminal will get succeeded or whether the goodness of Ravi will be able to stop the wrongdoings. ??
