Story
The film is about two imaginary groups, both part of the marginalised sections of society who revolt against the government and try to bring it down.
In the Bengali language, Kangal means "beggars" and "Malsat" means "war cry". The name of the film is translated literally as "War cry of Beggars". The film shows two imaginary groups of contemporary Bengal: Choktars and Fyatarus. Fyatarus can fly and are distressed and downtrodden. They wage a war against the government (the state).
