Seth Shamlal was the owner of a big hotel in the heart of city. Mr. Khanna, his manager was looking after the business of the hotel, he was to get married the only daughter of Seth, Miss Shobha. . Mr. Khanna and Shobha leaves for Delhi. On the same night Seth Shamlal is killed. The murderer is recognised as Mr. Khanna by the servant and ayah of the bunglaow, but police could not arrest Mr. Khanna, because he was in Delhi at the time of murder, as stated by miss Shobha. .
