Karunamoyee is a 1978 Indian Bengali devotional,drama,family film released on 1978. The film is directed by Ardhendu Chattopadhyay, music composed by Sudhin Dasgupta.

An old father suddenly dies leaving behind a young daughter. The landlord's son offers to marry her and all seems to start off well. But his mother starts posing problems for her. Things come to a head when Kiran delivers a physically retarded child. Then the couple gets the news that the child has suddenly been murdered. The relationship between the couple gets strained. Complications build up and also get resolved when the news of the murder is found to be a hoax. Life starts in peace and happiness once again.
