Kaun Apna Kaun Paraya is a 1963 Indian Bollywood social film released on 1963. The film is directed by Niranjan.
In this world, every body is victim of circumstances. Abroad ship "Ramnaumi", where Maya (Dulari) with her husband (Seth Jagjeevan Ram) and her son Anil and also Mangla (Nirupa Roy) with her son Ramu (child Vijay Kumar) who were returning to thier native place. As the luck would have it, the ship got wrecked in the storm of the sea and with it the ship got wrecked in the storm of the sea and with it, the ship got wrecked in the storm of the sea and with it came to an end so many lives. When the storm receded Maya who was washed ashore alive, came to her senses and found herslrf left alone in this world. She lost her husband and her son too. But, instead, found Manglas son Ramu (child Vijay Kumar) alive, whom she adopied as her son Anil. . After twenty years, Anil (Vijay Kumar) who had grown into a young hand some boy, was employed as an engineer in the firem of the contactor Seth Sampatlal (Amar) and Sampatlal had a son Champatlal who was in in love with Lata (Shammi) the daughter of popular wrestler Mathu (Sham Kumar). Mahtur ahd put the condition that he will marry his daughter to that person who will defeat his rival srestler, Saudagar Singh. Poor Champatlal had to undergo the physical training in order to defeat Saudagar Singh and win Lata as his bride. . Sampatlal also had a beautiful daughter. `Asha (Waheeda Rehman). One day Anil and Asha met accidently and before long they found themselves to be in love with each other. When Maya and Sampatlal came to knwo about the love between Anil and Asha, they became very happy and cnnunced their engagements. . One day Mangla the real mother of Anil, facing the layers of irony of situation reached to Anils house. It was the day of great pleasure to Mangla when she came to knwo that Anil is no body else but her son Ramu whom she lost in the ship wreckage.
