Story, Synopsis, Trivia, Dialogues for Khamoshi The Musical (1996)
Goa based Joseph Braganza and his beaus Flavy, Catholics, are both deaf and mum. He makes the existence by selling soap bars door to door. Flavy gets expecting and gives birth to a baby girl who they name Annie, who can speak and hear much to their extent. Flavy soon gives birth to a boy named as Sam, who can also listen and speak. A few years after, Sam accidentally dies, making Joseph lose trust. Joseph now not able to make a living selling soap opens a toy making industry and the family prospers. Annie gets matured, takes to music and singing in a great extent, meets with a young guy named Raj and both fall in deep love. Joseph doesn’t likes Raj, mainly because he from Hindu religion, is able to listen and hear, not an inmate of Goa, and the fear of losing Annie forever and thus their communication with the world. When Annie starts expecting, Joseph is angry, he asks her to miscarry, when she says no, he asks her to leave his place. What will Annie do after this? Will Joseph, Flavy and Annie ever bond together again
