This is the story that shows how a Delhi based retried person doe every effort in getting his property from the hands of a strong and a swindling property dealer who is adamant on not giving his property back to him claiming that the property only belongs to him. This is the story of the middle class family where a man has few dreams that is actually owing a house. While after his retirement, he earns a house and then he gets the plot. But, things turn against him when he actually comes to know that Khurana has cheated him and he wrongly had taken the plot on his own.
