Khud-daar is a 1982 Indian Bollywood drama,social film released on Jul 30, 1982. The film is directed by Ravi Tandon, produced by N. R. Pachisia , music composed by Rajesh Roshan.
This is the story of three brothers named as Hari Srivastav, Chottu and Raja. Hari Prasad is a judge and is married to Seema. Seema doesn’t want his two brother-in-laws to live with her, so she always taunts her and tells them to leave the house. One day in trouble, both Chottu and Raja leave the place. Chottu becomes a taxi driver and Raja pays heed to his education and is careless. Chottu pays all his money for his younger brother’s education, but Raja falls in love with the daughter of a rich businessman named as Manji. But according to the condition, Raja should leave in their house, to which he agrees and shifts to Manju’s place after their wedding. But, due to some disputes arising between Raja’s father-in-law and Raja, Raja decides to leave the place, but he cannot since, one day he is been killed. Now, his father-in-law is been killed by Bansi for the money. This killing attempt is charged on Chottu after which in the court trail, they come to know that they are brothers.
