A famous tightfisted stockbroker/financier throws his annoyingly absurd wife's sapphire necklace off the roof of his mansion house to prove to her he's not a stiff but understands the value of money. It lands on a charming bimbo and breaks her plastic earrings. He buys her exact earrings from a jewelry store and the gossips of his alleged affair with her begin. After a while, a challenged Iranian Chef turned failed hotelier, who is the owner of the Financier a lot of money agrees to invite the girl to live at his hotel so that the financier is unable to foreclose it. But, the Millionaire's lazy; son falls in love with his father's alleged paramour. What goes through the entire movie is a mad comedy which results in a huge nationwide scam, divorce statements and insider trading which intimidates to shake the stock market of the country.
