Kitab is a story of a 12-year-old-boy-Babla- and his journey from innocence to maturity. Having been denied the affection and supervision of his sister, Suman and her husband, with whom he was staying and both of whom were too busy with their own activities, Babla has to go through the puzzling contraditions of a city life.
