Koi Aap Sa is a 2005 Indian Bollywood romance, costume drama, drama film released on Oct 14, 2005. The film is directed by Partho Mitra, produced by Ekta Kapoor , music composed by Himesh Reshammiya.

Rohan(Aftab) and Simran(Natasha) are best friends. They are often misunderstood as couples. Rohan loves Preeti (Dipanita Sharma) whereas Simran is engaged to Vicky(Himanshu Mallik). The movie takes a turn when Simran is raped by Vicky's friend Ranjit(Gautam Kapoor). Ranjit later dies in a road accident. Simran gets pregnant and everybody thinks that Rohan is the father. Nobody believes Simran when she discloses that she was raped. Only one person stands by her and that is Rohan. Vicky leaves Simran and Preeti leaves Rohan. Rohan not able to stand everyone's comments decides to marry Simran. Slowly their friendship grows into love. The twist in the tale comes when Vicky realises his mistake and comes back into Simran's life. Whom will Simran choose - the person whom she loves or her friend who stood by her in need?
