Story, Synopsis, Trivia, Dialogues for Kolir Arjun (2009)
Arjun(Raaj), a young man lives happily with his sister Koely (Rachana) and his parents. He is very close to his sister. One day a group of friends are on the way out from a mall when a thief snatches the handbag of one of the girls Sanaa (Moubani) and flees.Arjun helps to recover the bag and returns it, but Sanaa is ungrateful. In due course of time, she tries to woo Arjun and succeeds in winning him over at one point of time.Koely is in love with Sanjay (Suman Banerjee) but his parents are dead against the marriage as they are basically cheats. Nevertheless Koely gets married to Sanjay.His parents plan to kill Koely as they could not get anything out of her and their plans are washed away.Koely also doesn’t suspect them and Sanjay is out of town due to work.
One day when Arjun is sent to by his parents to check Koely up, he sees Koely posing for photos for her mother-in-law while her father-in-law is about to drop a gas cylinder on her. He stops a disaster from taking place, but Koely refuses to believe him, she slaps him and asks him to go away.
However after many unsuccessful attempts when Sanjay’s parents are discussing their future plan of bumping off Koely, she comes to know about it.They immediately try to silence her by trying to poison her, though they are unable to do so to an extent, they start torturing her.Arjun arrives there and rescues his sister and beats them up.He tries to take his sister to the hospital, but goons come in the way. However after bashing them up, he arrives there and his sister undergoes an operation and it is successful.
