It is turbulent times in Russia during the beginning part of the 20th century. The workers, the farmers, the people on the street are all fed up with the exploitation and rules imposed by the Tzar.Time has come to overthrow him. In such a situation, Pavel belonging to one such family sees his father torture his mother day after day. After his father passes away, Pavel decides to change things with the help of his fellow comrades Andrei, Sasha and Kakhol and decides to revolt against the establishment. The workers are arrested one day along with Pavel.They are later released. She decides to take up her son’s cause on his behalf and even enters the factory and sells food, but serves the food in the pamphlets which she had folded. Comes May Day and many workers including Pavel’s mother take out a procession.Pavel also escapes from prison and joins them.Suddenly the police arrive and shoots many people including Pavel.His mother hold the blood soaked shirt of her son and holds her head high and immediately becomes the mother of millions.
