Maan Abhiman is a 1980 Indian Bollywood drama film released on 1980. The film is directed by Hiren Nag, produced by Tarachand Barjatya under banner named Rajshri Productions, music composed by Ravindra Jain.
The story starts with two best friends named as Thakur Sunil Singh and his best friend named as M.P.Chaudhary. They both are business partners. One day, things shatter Thakur’s life when he is on the death bed and he tells his daughter named as Mallika that he has been cheated by M.P and that is the reason why they were facing so much financial crisis and that their haveli is also on the verge of getting selling. Now, Mallika cannot digest this fact and she seeks to take revenge against all this and decides to plan something out. Here, on M.P’s side, his son named as Ajay has just returned from the abroad studies and wants her son to see the haveli that he wanted to purchase. So, he goes to the haveli and sees the haveli. From that day, Mallika’s younger brother named as Sonu becomes very close to Ajay. Here, even Mallika becomes close to him and asks him that she is not interested to sell the property and that he should leave the place. Still after this, Ajay takes that haveli and he always asks Mallika the reason for her hatred towards his family, but she refuses him to utter any answer. So, one day he goes to his place and finds that his father is also on the death bed and he dies without uttering the truth. Then one day, Ajay goes to Mallika’s place on the birthday of Sonu giving him a cycle, but nothing is of use as Mallika throws the cycle away.
