Silnath is an industirialist who lusts after money. Ganguly is his family advisor and Lowerly is the daughter of Ganguly. On the advice of Ganguly, Silnath arranges a marriage between Debu and his partner's daughte,. thinking that he will be the sole owner of the company. Ganguly plans to kill his partner so that the company shares pass on to his daughter -in -law, whom he can torture to sign papers to pass on the power of attorney to Sibnath. Monica who is a friend of Ganguly and Sibnath does the crime of the killing the partner. Again Ganguly and Silnath plot a plan of selling the colony to a promoter so that Biswajit may not go against him . But Biswajit turns out to be a different type of boy. Mithu is his lover and they fight together against Sibnath and Ganguly. Ganguly plots a crime with Monica. Mithu happens to hear their plan.
