Mama Square is a 2010 Indian Bengali drama film released on Apr 16, 2010. The film is directed by Sanat Dutta, produced by S. K. Babul , music composed by Rupendra Shankar.
Sourav goes to his Shankar Mama ‘place which is in a village. Over there he falls in love with Tia,an orphan child who has been brought up by a childless whom she calls Mama and Mami.Tia’s Mami is okay with the relationship, but her Mama is against it and informs Sourav’ s father. He arrives at the village with his Saurav’s mother and take Sourav away.Sourav’s father who had fixed his son’s marriage with his friend’s daughter is unable to get him married to her as Shankar Mama arrives there and takes him away.Sourav’s father’s friend Pratap Choudhury who is an international smuggler, kidnaps Tia, but Shankar Mama along with Sourav and a C.B.I inspector rescue her.
