Mardaani is a 2014 Indian Bollywood drama film released on Aug 22, 2014. The film is directed by Pradeep Sarkar, produced by Aditya Chopra under banner named Yash Raj Films, music composed by Shantanu Moitra.
The story is of a police inspector named as Shivani Shivaji Roy. She lives in Mumbai with her fiancée named as Dr. Bikram Roy and her niece named as Meera. She is very protective for her. She is very brave in fighting with all the criminal activities that are taking place in her city. But, one case actually changes her life. The little girl named as Pyari is actually kidnapped and she is smuggled outside the city and these things are done by the trafficking group. This group actually calls Shivani and they call her to stop chasing behind them and in turn will leave Pyari. Now, she is behind them to leave Pyari and she challenges them that she would be catching them in 30 days. Now, there actually starts the game of death and survivor.
