This is the story about love, sacrifices, happiness, trust and mutual understanding between the people and their ways. The story is all about love and then how this love will entangle into the false making of sum and amount. Dharamraj is an industrialist. He is partners with Naglingam Reddy (Kader Khan), Nagendra (Ranjeet) and Dhanraj(Prem Chopra).Rajeshwar is the son of Dharamraj and is in love with Bharati. But, she is not in love with him. But, one day she starts liking him when she comes to know of his honesty and sincerity. Tilak is the neighbor to Bharati. Tilak gets a job as a truck-driver and one day when Dhramaraj comes to know of his honesty, he gives him a job in his company as a cashier.
