Ramesh starts handling an office of an industrialist. Now, there is someone who starts looting the office. Ramesh now tries every possible thing to make sure that culprit stays with him and he keeps an eye on this man. Ramesh and Sridevi fall in love with each other. Sridevi is the daughter of that industrialist. Then takes place a murder that depicts Ramesh as the culprit. So, Sridevi also sees Ramesh that night when the murder actually happened. He is sentenced to jail and Sridevi then gets married to Mahendra. Now in the jail, Ramesh meets Raja who is his look-alike.
