The story is of industrialist Mr. Sinha who does everything to maximize profits. This creates troubles with his employees and they are into the troubles. Dinananth is his employee who had an argument with his boss, Sinha. Now after many troubles, he wants his employee to give a written apology. But he decides to open up a mill with the help of an engineer Ashok. Now, his mill works well and has a daughter. She gets married to Ashok.
