Mere Bhaiya is a 1972 Indian Bollywood social film released on 1972. The film is directed by Satyen Bose, produced by Tarachand Barjatya under banner named Rajshri Productions, music composed by Salil Chowdhury.
Lakshmi looked after Subash, her motherless brother, with the affection of a mother and saved him from regular clash with their father, who opposed Subash from befriending Ranga, whom he considered a bad character. The clash of ideologies made Subhash drift away. To pay his debts Lakshmi mortgaged her wedding jewel. Subhashs eyes opened due to the sacrifice of his sister.
