Mud Mud Ke Na Dekh is a 1962 Indian Bollywood musical,family drama film released on Jan 01, 1962. The film i. Sheilas Barrat return back from her house because her father cannot pay Rs. 10,000/- in dowry. Sheila and her girls friends pledged to finish this bad evil from the society and play a drama on stage. Anita, who is there, is so much impressed that she pledges not to marry at such place where money will be demanded. On the other hand her father Thakur Digambar Dayal Singh pays Rs. 10,000/- to Hawaldar Hukum Singh for the betrothal of her daughter. Hawaldars son Banka also do not want to marry. He is of the opnion that unless he stand on his own foot he wont marry. Both Anita and Banka run away on the same night when their wedding is going to be performed. To save their respect Thakur ask Bimla, his servants daughter, to sit in the Vedi and Hawaldar ask Shadilal his servant to sit in the Vedi as Banka . But both were guilty concious. So they agree to take the "Gauna" after a month and go in search of their children seperately. . Banka and Anita comes in Bombay and fall in love with each other. Their father also comes in Bombay.
