Mohit Roy had no respect for women as he had a very sad past. One day Sita , Hari and Sati , three collage girls , come to Mohit to sell some charity show tickets . Mohit come to know Sita was the daughter of Paresh Ghosh who owes Mohit a huge anount of money . Paresh come to Mohit to take some time for paying back the money . Mohit said that he might allow the time if Paresh allowed him to marry Sita . Suddenly Paresh died . Mohit come to take the possession of the house . Sita left the house but Mohit did not leave her. He brought Sita to Ella 's house . Ella, though married to Baroda, was in love with Mohit. So Ella was not happy about Sita. Mohit married Sita . He requested Ella to leave him alone. Sita heard this discussion . Ella did not want to listen to Mohit's proposal . So Mohit decided to leave the place with Sita. They went to Chakulia . But even there Mohit couldnot stay for long. He left. Sita waited for him. Instead of Mohit there appeared Bhabatosh , Mohits secretary . Bhabatosh informed Sita that Mohit was a debauch , wayward individual . Sita could not stand her husband 's infamy She told Bhabatosh that she was the wife of his master . Bhabatosh come back and started instigating Ella. Bhabatosh also created a problem in Mohit's Bank . Strike started in Mohit's factory .But all odds against Mohit were cleared only because of Sita's dedication and her golden touch.
