Sashi is an army man who does not believe in love.He is strictly against all lovers. He loves songs. Nisha is his daughter who is studying in music college. Under certain circumstances Nisha falls in love with a boy named Raghu and had to marry him. But Nisha is afraid of her father and hesitates to disclose the news of her marriage. Now raghu understands everything and comes to his home and takes place in his home as servant.He forgets all his high status and keeps his head down and does everything for his wife. Nisha's mom comes to know of this and tries to help them. Raghu mean while was disgraced in many ways by a boy from America, who has come to marry Nisha. He was severly disgraced by everyone as a thief. He was severly beaten up but Raghu keeps the promise of his father as not to strike back. He could not disrespect the elders. Meanwhile, Ajit, friend of Sashi, finds out the real identity of Raghu who is a son of a rich landlord at another town. But Sashi, who is strictly against all lovers determines to kill Raghu. At last Raghu's father comes into the scene snd tells everyone how his son has sacrificed himself, his status and worked as a servant. Raghu has never disgraced Sashi any how. Thus Sashi realised his situation and agrees to the marriage between Nisha and Raghu.
