Unspecified evolve of Brian De Palma's "Body Double". The story starts with an actor named as Deepak Bakshi ( played by Deepak Tijori). He has claustrophobia and deep fear of enclosed spaces. So, he lives as a caretaker in a multi-storied apartment. This apartment belongs to his friend (played by Jayant Kripalani). This guy lives away. Then one day, his friend shows him a telescope which is used for spying on a neighborhood building. This is used to see beautiful women living next to the apartment. Now, Deepak develops this habit of spying on a regular basis. Now things change when one day while spying on the woman, Deepak sees a woman gets attacked. He then decides to get involved, and lands himself into trouble with the police as he is now a suspect for the murder happened. Later decides to solve the mystery by overcoming his phobia and catching the main killer.

The story is about a boy who is struggling to enter the film industry. His name is Deepak Bakshi (Deepak Tijori). He finally gets a chance but he misses out on the same due to a childhood fear. Vijay (Jayant Kriplani), who is Deepak's friend, keeps Deepak in his uncle's flat since he is unable to pay the rent for a room for himself. Vijay traps Deepak in the murder case of Avantika Bajaj (Raveena Tandon) who is his wife. Police inspector Mazumdar (Paresh Rawal) is in charge of this case. In the end, Deepak comes to know about the truth with the help of a club dancer called Monica (Pooja Bhatt).
