Prem Pratigya is a 2001 Indian Bengali thriller film released on 2001. The film is directed by Sujit Guha, produced by Jayshree Sahabadi , music composed by Babul Bose.

Sanay and Shiraj are very good friends. Sanjay loves Shiraj's sister Rozima. After finishing their education they come back to their village Karimpur. Siraj's father was MLA. But his second wife Hassina does not like the relationship between Sanjoy and Rozima. Hassina's brother Masud tries to marry his son with a muslim girl. Incidentelly Sanjoy has to marry Joba. Rozima acused him as a cheater. A lorry kills Rozima. Shiraj thinks Sanjay is the murderer. He trys to kill Sanjoy. Mrs. Chowdhury tries to stop them and suffers a heart attack. Incidentally Shiraj comes to know that the murderer is Masud. Shiraj and Sanjoy decide to teach Masud a lesson. In the mean time Masud kidnaps Joba and Mrs. Chowdhury. But with the help of SP Amirul Hussain Masud in arrested. Shiraj is injured. Sanjoy gives him blood. Two friends unite again.
