Sahaj, saray ani soppi! The film without even describing has many words, this is the movie’s strong point. The film ‘Premachi goshta’ is the Marathi film that has very beautifully portrayed a story which is simple in its own purpose. The story goes like: The story starts with Ram Subramanyam (Atul kulkarni) and Sonal (Sagarika ). They are divorced and they meet in a counselor office. Ram’s ex-wife is Ragini and Sonal’s ex-husband is Samit. Ram and Sonal meet each other and they exchange their views about their experiences of the past marriage. Now, Sonal stays with her friend, Meera and she goes on searching for a job. So after giving two-three interviews, she goes to give an interview at Ram’s place. After finding that the office is locked she decides to get back to her place. But while she is returning, she meets with Ram again. Ram is the one who is going to take her interview and finally after giving the interview, she gets selected for the job. Now, Sonal starts working with Ram and she comes to know about Ram’s art for writing a story that is unique within itself. Slowly after getting to know about Ram’s soft corner for Ragini, Sonal starts falling in love with Ram. Ram involves her in the writing process and thus even he becomes involved in her. Friendship slowly blossoms into love. But when Ram is about to confess this to Sonal, there enters Samit in Sonal’s life. Samit asks Sonal to give him a second chance. Same follows in Ram’s life, there enters Ragini who also wants to live with him. Somewhere, both Ram’s and Sonal’s feelings get stagnant and both of them go to live life with their ex-partners. But it is in the end both of them realize their love for each other and get united in the end. The film has a really good concept. The film’s cinematography is also good. The performances given by Atul and Sagarika are excellent. The chemistry between Atul and Sagarika is indeed splendid. Sagarika is very beautiful in her looks. The way she carries her dresses and the way her Indian look has been given to her, it makes you realize how beautiful she is on the screen. No doubt Atul’s performance in the movie is heart touching. But the supporting cast including Satish Rajwade himself in the film shines brightly. Sagarika in her Marathi tone is indeed excellent. She has poured equal sweetness in portraying her character. Talking about the work of art directors, the movie has shined brightly with set designers doing excellent work. The movie has a good concept with the depiction of real life phases even after separating from your partners. It makes you realize of the importance of love in your lives. Director’s work in the film ’Mumbai Pune Mumbai’ made him undoubtedly the best directors in the Marathi film industry. The film has a tale of romance, love and twist in the story.
