Story, Synopsis, Trivia, Dialogues for Punarmilan (1957)
In a joint family where (uttam kumar) Borothi earned & spent more than other brothers (tarun kumar & maju)then Barothi (uttamkumar) gets promotion. He earned double and used to met his wife's (manjudey) & his (uttamkumar's) need which was not tolerated by other brother's wife (salita) &(sabitri) then the problem arose between sister-in-laws. Daily the sister-in-laws started to fight which was untolerable for everbody and the family started disintegrating and three brothers got divided. All family soattred ?and when the problem same ?upon everybody then all of them came to know what is family. When they faced it, then all of them found that nobody could overcome a problem by their own. Tthen again they goet back the their old house and over came the problem together. So the title of the flim is suggested as 'Puran milan'.
