Rajesh revolts against his own father when he realises that Seth Narain had amassed his wealth his wealth by using unscupulous means. The Seth defeats all efforts of Rajesh to lead an independent life, Rajesh, however with the help of his friend and inmates of a slum-colony, defeats all machinations of Seth Narain.
