Story, Synopsis, Trivia, Dialogues for Raja Babu (1994)
Raja Babu (played by Govinda) is a poor orphan established by a rich village couple (Kadar Khan and Aruna Irani). He is a country bumpkin, goodhearted but not having that in urban manners. He falls deeply for Madhu (played by Karishma Kapoor) when he sees her photograph in a studio and follows her on his bike decorated with plastic flowers with his sidekick, portrayed by Shakti Kapoor. Taken in by his smart look and impressive talks, she reciprocates his liking but walks out on him with all villagers watching when she gets to know that he is no match to her urbane, quite literate self. It was particularly humiliating for his dad as it happened in front of villagers who respected him highly. The film takes several twists with a typical good scenes happy ending. Villains are captured by police but not before being killed black and blue by the hero, boy gets his girl and mom and dad are gathered with their son.
