Siddharth Verma survives a mid-class way of life in Mumbai, India, along with his near-exhausted mother. He works as a Legal Consultant with Jain Software which is possessed by his pal, Remo Matthews. Remo is unmarried and qualified but is not far sighting anyone as he has relationship glitches ever from the time when his parents deceased in a car mishap several years ago on July 25. Siddharth arrays him up with one of his Internet chat friends, Sophie; they encounter, fall in love and get wedded. In a while after their wedding, Siddharth keeps a party and calls them both, but Remo is ill and not capable to join the party. Sophie joins and after the party is over she discloses in him that before her wedding, she was in love with an ambitious Bollywood artist, Sunny Khanna, but their bond did not last long. Now Sunny returned in her life and she worries for Remo's life. Siddharth and Sophie go back to her home only to discover Remo's dead body as he has been killed. An underling of Remo's, Sharma, observed a man running away from the crime-prospect, through him they classify the attacker as Sunny. When Sunny goes to encounter Sophie, Siddharth tricks him, leading to a bodily hostility which consequences in Sunny being under arrest by CBI Inspector Pradhan. With Sunny locked up Sophie chooses to re-situate to an unnamed site with over 500 Crore Rupees, slightly aware that Siddharth has worries about her and may shadow her to discover what the actual purpose was after Remo's demise.
