Crime and fraud have taken over Bombay City without any alternative. A rash of abducting of young lady takes place. One autorickshaw driver Auto Kesariya is behind this scene. The policemen of Kala Chowki Police Station are doing little to end these scenes. Former Assistant Commissioner of Police named as Arjun Verma is reelected and assigned to this case. Arjun gets himself deeply engaged in this disappearance and the abducting and faces the shock and trauma of finding skeletal decays of young ladies who have been abducted as well as body parts stolen from sincere patients from hospitals. His life alsoturns upside down as his companion abandons him on his wedding ceremony, while his niece is kidnapped and held for price, and above all Arjun Verma himself becomes the target of killers hired by influential politicians and senior police staffs.
